sourdough starter

I’ve been making my own bread for years, but now I’ve begun the adventure of making my own sourdough starter!

I’m starting with 1 cup of flour and 1 cup warm water. I’m leaving the lid loosened so it can breathe a little, and keeping it in my oven for the next couple days before I begin feeding it! I’ll keep everyone updated on how it turns out 🫶🏻
