Full term pregnant with twins to 9 months post op

*Your body will be ruined from carrying twins! I mean I wouldn’t say ruined 😊 Hang in there mama! Maybe you are six weeks postpartum or in my case also post c section and maybe you are in the dumps. It really does get better! I’m so thankful I gave my body time to heal fully. Many of my followers asked me for a before and after with my twin pregnancy. I didn’t expect my video to get over 6 million views. Some people gave me a hard time because my body is still not perfect. I know it’s not perfect, but it is amazing. I’m so thankful to my body for giving me five healthy babies. I’m now focusing on being a great mother first of course. But also exercising for at least 15 mins a day, soaking in some sun at least 15 mins a day, and trying to eat healthy and taking collagen.
