Want to sweat your butt off and get an incredible workout? Look no further. Barry’s is a 50-minute high intensity interval training workout divided into 4 intervals where you are on the treadmill for half and strength training for the other half. Each day of the week has a different focus of the body leaving you sweating every time.

As it becomes fall in NYC, I’m so excited to be in my workout class era. Barry’s is a fun way to mix high intensity exercise into the routine. The instructors lead the class with great energy and fire playlists.

The Barry's Chelsea studio just got renovated and it’s fresh and has lots of great offerings including a smoothie bar. My favorite smoothie is the Barry’s and Brunch. The vibe is pretty intense but in a good way. You’re there to get a great workout!

Their Chelsea location is located on 135 West 20th Street.
