Any pasta or noodles of your choice
2-3 cloves minced garlic
Β Β½ tbsp miso (adjust according to taste)
Knob of butter
Olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste

1οΈβ£ Fill a separate pot with water, salt generously, and bring the water to a boil.
2οΈβ£ Once the water is boiling, throw in your pasta of choice and give it a good stir. We love our pasta al dente, so we cook 1-2 minutes less than the package instructions.
3οΈβ£ Use some of the pasta water to thin the miso paste and set aside.
4οΈβ£ In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add in minced garlic. Take care to avoid burning the garlic!
5οΈβ£ Once garlic is aromatic and starts to sizzle, add in other ingredients of your choice. Here, we added in baby spinach and other roasted other veggies.
6οΈβ£ Add pasta to the pan, along with some pasta water. Stir in miso mixture and butter. Mix well. If your sauce needs thinning, add more pasta water.
7οΈβ£ Toss well. Season with salt and pepper if needed. Serve immediately!
