Terkadang kita gak sadar kalau badan kita perlu extra help to keep it in a fit and healthy conditions! Or sometimes our body kecapean and we ignore it sampai pada akhirnya malah sakit 🥺 Please try incorporating this healthy habit if you haven’t done so yet!

Well, here’s my two most important vitamins that I take daily to keep my body and immune system healthy! 💛

1. Vitamin C

> like most of you who don’t already know vit C itu penting banget untuk memelihara daya tahan tubuh! It helps boost our immune system supaya kuat melawan virus dan bakteri yang ada dimana mana!

I usually take this in the morning once a day after a meal because my stomach is sensitive to acid!

2. Vitamin D

> Siapa yang kerjaanya didalem rumah dan ac an terus? Atau mungkin terpaksa didalam ruangan karena kerja? Well if you guys don’t know, our body needs sunlight mainly for bone growth and gunanya Vit D itu salah satunya to keep our bones healthy and boost our immune system!

Vit D is perfect to take after a meal once a day!
