Best Water Bottles for Gym Rats!

Drinking water is SUPER important on a fitness journey. I personally am drinking a little over a gallon PER DAY and definitely having the right water bottle makes that part of the process SOOOO much easier

I personally find I drink more water when I have a straw! I did make sure to list some options that are straw free just incase :)
