How often you should wash your bedding:

Here’s a typical rundown of my bedding laundry schedule:

- sheets + pillow cases: 1-2 times per week

- duvet cover: 1 time per week

- duvet insert: 1 time per month

I have two French Bulldogs that I let sleep in the bed with me, but I only have them part time!

The dogs can make the sheets dirty pretty quickly, so when it’s my turn to have them I typically end up washing them twice a week. However, when I don’t have them I wash my sheets once a week.
