Living room makeover under $800

Before I made the move to Richmond about a year ago I sold all of my carefully selected furniture and decor so that I could start fresh and wouldn’t have to deal with moving it all the way across the country.

As most people know, furnishing an entire apartment from scratch can be VERY expensive, so I definitely needed to get creative when deciding which furniture I needed to get to stay in budget.

I got my coffee table, side table, rug and tv stand all on sale for 30% of Target. I knew I wanted these specific pieces so I waited for a sale to pop up before I purchased. My artwork is also from Target but was added much later and was unfortunately not on sale.

My amazon couch was an amazing deal, and while not the most luxurious or comfortable couch ever, it's still cute and fits my small space nicely.
