Painting with ice cubes

OK so this was at our local library and I can’t wait to do more of this over the summer with the girls because they had an absolute blast. You just mix a little bit of tempera paint into water and freeze it with a popsicle stick and you can paint with that. This was definitely a great activity for children over the age of two. because she kept on trying to lick the ice cubes, but blaze and her friends stayed in the little art class at the library for at least 30 minutes which I think it’s a really good time for a three and four year olds. I know I’ve touched on this before but definitely check out your local libraries to see what activities they have. Ours has this art class for toddlers once a week, and I have been so pleasantly surprised with what they plan. Any activity that gets me out of the house and is not on a screen is such a win and the library is the best for these cold months .
