These small changes have seriously made the biggest changes on my body, energy and even MOOD!

💛Yes, I know you hear it all the time drink lemon water before you eat. But I promise you this has made the biggest difference for me. This helps to kickstart your digestion in the morning, and also a great source of hydration when your body needs at the most. It’s not only helped me with bloating, but also helped my skin as well.

🩷Eating more CARBS: yes, eating more carbs!! I used to restrict myself of carbs for so long. Once I started to slowly add them back in, I started seeing muscle growth, less bloating, better energy, and actually fat loss. I was finally fueling my body properly instead of restricting.

💚Adding greens: once I started adding greens to at least 2 to 3 of my meals a day, I noticed a huge change in my body, skin and energy. Greens are loaded with micro nutrients that our bodies need.

🧡adding variety: adding a variety of plants in nutrients to your diet is so good for your gut health and overall health. I try to add in at least 2 to 3 new veggies every single week. Sometimes I will just go to the grocery store and pick out a random vegetable. I’ve never tried and add that into my week!
