Week 1: Being off Birth control

I'm very excited to report the pros and cons of being off Birth control. I hope I haven't left yall in suspense, nothing life changing has happened just yet. Just a few minor things I've noticed.

Pros

-I don't feel bloated

-my skin is glowing

-I feel a sense of clarity (that I'm sure has to do with other variables)

Cons

-my acne is sticking around longer (around my period it flares up a bit)

-my skin/ hair is oily again

Now I'm sure as time goes on I'll be able to notice more things for the pros and cons list. Oh and I did find that tiktok handle for the woman that helped me to finally decide to get off of BC her handle is erika.hoang .
