I visited "Inaniwa Udon and Rice Kaneko Hannosuke" in Nihonbashi and enjoyed their luxurious set of Inaniwa udon and tempura bowl!

薬味は温玉、とろろ昆布、山菜、がりごぼう、わかめ、揚げ玉の6種類があります。うどんは喉越しが良く、温玉ととろろ昆布が特におすすめです。

There are six types of condiments: onsen egg, tororo konbu, sansai, garigobou, wakame, and agedama. The udon noodles are smooth, and the combination of onsen egg and tororo konbu is especially recommended.

天丼はサクサクの衣とエビ、貝柱の旨みが詰まっていて絶品です。タレは甘めで好みでした。

The tempura bowl has a crispy batter and is packed with the umami of shrimp and scallops. The sauce is sweet and to my liking.
