How to fake a face lift

But, before you spend money on a costly solution to your beauty problem, consider an inexpensive and simple alternative hack on how to fake a face lift.

I've been seeing a lot of videos on all of our social feeds lately about how to apply makeup to make your face look lifted. So here’s how:

1. A facelifting method using concealer

Apply a slightly lighter concealer on the inner and outer corner of the under eye. This gentle upward motion with the lighter concealer lifts the face.

2. The placement of blush

The application of our blush is crucial since there is no single piece of makeup that is more useful in creating the illusion of youth than blush when applied correctly. Apply the blush to the middle of the cheekbone, two finger widths away from the nose, and blend upward.

3. Highlight the face with a highlighter.

Apply highlighter to the upper part of the cheekbones and blend with your fingers or a dampened makeup sponge. This blending method keeps the foundation from being disturbed.

4. The contour technique

Apply contour just below the cheekbone and at least two finger widths away from the nose. Make certain to blend the contour upward.

5. Finally, don't forget to conceal the corners of your lips with concealer. Then brush in an upward motion for lift effect.
