I made banana bread for the first time. It’s delicious. It took me 20 mins to make the batter and 1 hour to bake:
2 bananas mashed
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup oil
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup brown or regular sugar
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp baking soda
Mix mix mix
Pour in a loaf pan and bake
@375 deg for 1 hour.
