Guys!! Anyone suka yogurt? So today I nak recommend a few yogurt yang I suka sangat. This 3 yogurt very suitable for those yang tak suka makan pagi but taknak lapar. This 3 yogurt also suitable for those yang nak makan yogurt but risau kan high fat quantity♡︎♡︎

Low fat yogurt recommendation❤︎❤︎

1) Brand: Dutch Lady

What I like this yogurt because of it have small particles of fruit inside the yogurt and sangat creamy. I suka flavor strawberry but this flavor not too sour and sangat suitable for those yang tak suka masam. Yogurt from Dutch Lady dah sediakan sudu so senang for those yang nak makan dalam kereta or kat mana- mana. I give 9/10.

2) Brand: Marigold

For this brand I try yang plain yogurt and tasteless but ada rasa masam- masam sikit. Maybe kalau pilih flavor lain it have a better taste. But this one dia punya yogurt sangat soft. This brand pon I suka sebab dia sediakan sudu so sangat menyenangkan. I give 8/10.

3) Brand: Lactel

This yogurt also suitable for those yang nak cari yogurt with fat free. Dia punya combination of sweet and sour are equal. Dia punya texture agak cair but dia punya rasa sangat creamy. I don't like this brand sebab dia tak sediakan sudu for us. I give 9/10.
