hello! i recently came back from melbourne and have shortlisted some places that i think are worth the time and money to visit! :-)

👀 outside of the melbourne:

the places i’ll be mentioning below are all pretty far from the city, and i booked day tours from klook to bring us around instead. as i’m travelling w my parents who get tired more easily, having a tour bus to bring us around really made things easier for all of us as they get to rest in the bus while moving from places to place, and i get to take a break from bringing them arnd.

i booked all my tours from Klook, under the tour agency Go West, and their guides were all pretty solid. they share so much interesting info that we wld not have known and made the tour that much more fun and memorable. the tours also cover a substantial number of must-see spots within the region. the only gripe is that time is tight so u have limited time to stay at each area. but i still highly recommend as it took some pressure off me to bring my parents around and yet it was still v enjoyable for them! ok on to the recos!

hope these recos help when planning for ur trip! ofc everyone is diff and travelling w diff dynamics so these recos may be a miss for u as well. just sharing what my family and i enjoyed as a unit of 2 ~60y/o parents + 2 20+y/o children hahaa !
