Chicken Dinner 🥘👩🏼‍🍳

Tonight I made chicken thigh with mashed potatoes!

I love chicken thighs, they have so much more flavor than chicken breast!

I season my chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder, and a tiny pinch of cayenne for spice.

I cook in olive oil with veggies for no particular time. I cook on medium heat until I’m satisfied with the color , maybe about 15 minutes total.

Mashed potatoes with cream, butter, and salt and mash for a good amount of time to get rid of clumps !!!

This is was so good and fairly easy and quick to make! What do you think? 👩🏼‍🍳💋🥘
