Things I am NOT afraid to admit as a gym girl! It can be really hard to get your protein intake for the day especially if you live a busy lifestyle. If you are always on the go and don’t have much time to cook I understand the struggle! However, here are my best tips so that you can continue on the right track. Try to order double protein when you go out to eat and if you go grocery shopping, shop at Aldi or Walmart! They have the lowest prices (at least from my experience). Always have groceries so that you can eat more nutritious.
