Here’s exactly what to do if you have flat glutes, coming from me I used to be very skinny and I was able to grow my glutes over 4+ inches in one year!

Eat enough protein: You need at least 1g of protein per pound of body weight so that you give your body the nutrients it needs to build muscle. For example, if you weigh 130lbs, eat at least 130g of protein. If you don’t increase your protein intake, you will not see results as fast as you’d like to.

Eat enough calories: 1000 calories a day is not sustainable and is NOT enough to build muscle. Instead, don’t be afraid to increase your calories by eating whole foods. Lean chicken, turkey, tuna, and salmon are amazing foods to build muscle.

Do exercises that target the three different parts of the glutes: The gluteus maximus, minimus, and medius! By targeting all of these muscle groups, you will start to notice your glutes getting plumper and rounder on all angles! Hip thrusts, side to back kickbacks, and lying hip abductions are all examples of exercises that target different parts of the glutes.
