I don't diet, and you shouldn't either! ❌ Most of my life I believed that I needed to cut out food groups or restrict my favorite foods to see results. Before I started to eat freely, I was very skinny and it was difficult for me to be happy in my own skin.
I was working out almost every day, doing excessive cardio and constantly restricting myself. What would end up happening is that I would under-eat, not allowing my body to receive the nutrients it really needed from the workouts. I really wanted to grow my glutes but despite everything, I was NOT seeing results. 👎🏽
I was unsure of how to grow my glutes and confused on which exercises to do. I also had this all or nothing mentality when it came down to food and would label foods as either "good" or "bad". I mean, let's put it in perspective- a pizza is just bread and cheese! 🍕
