3️⃣ Glute Bridge Pulses: Works primarily the gluteus maximus and is a great booty burn! 🔥 Make sure to push through your heels in this exercise.

Make sure to keep your core stable in all of these exercises and SQUEEZE your glutes each and every rep for growth! Perform these exercises at least 2-3x a week to your fitness level and watch the results come in 💪🏽 Also make sure to include a high protein diet for best results!
