these netflix movies will blow you away!

if you are looking for a good show to watch, watch these!! 👀👀 (all are less than 2 hours)

the movies:

1. The Platform

A vertical prison tower where inmates are fed by a lowering slab of food. Gluttony reigns above while savagery and madness ride from above.

👍🏻 Good:

- Gives a deep reflection about our society (sets your thoughts off at the end!)

- Inconclusive ending makes you ponder about the movie and what its meaning behind is

- Keeps you thinking throughout the movie!

😥 Not so good:

- it is quite explicit and very gory! so if you are not into that you might not enjoy this movie

2. Oxygen

After waking up in a cyrogenic unit, Liz fights to survive and remember who she is before her oxygen runs out

👍🏻 Good:

- ending is unexpected as fugggg

- you are literally on the edge of the seat the entire time: to the point it can get frustrating because you are as confused as the main character

- i appreciated how creative and good the director was in making use of literally one actress and a small setting to set out such a good movie!

😖 not so good:

- many. rats. i do not like rats.

3. I am mother

Alone in a bunker, a droid called Mother raised a human girl from an embryo. To ensure the girl fulfils her potential, there is nothing Mother will not do

👍🏻 Good:

- similar to Oxygen, the way it plays out is extremely unexpected

- keeps you in suspense, which i really love!!

- movie has a good meaning behind it - reflection of what society is similar to how The Platform draws back to what our society is like

🙃 Not so good:

- CAN BE QUITE GORY IN CERTAIN SCENES, but not as bad as the platform
