My answer? I have a bad habit of gossiping. I need to cut back on the gum-flapping and learn how to turn that focus on myself and discuss ideas with people who inspire me rather than those who affirm my judgments. A little girl gab is cute and fun from time to time, but I personally need to cut it back back.
