Most affordable buffet option in town?

Came across this semi-buffet deal that was priced at $32+ per pax for a weekday dinner and decided to check it out to see if it was worth it. Semi-buffet essentially means that they have a smaller spread of items compared to a normal buffet but TRUST ME, their spread was just as good 💯

You get 1 main, 1 dessert and access to their semi-buffet selection that comprises of: Grilled River Prawn 🦐, Cheesy Sambal Scallop (damn good get this), Garlic Oyster 🦪, Salted Egg Fish Skin, Milky Fish Soup 🍲, Sambal Stingray (copped the last one that night hehe), Cheese Board 🧀 and more!

1️⃣ 24 Hours Marinated Satay 🍢

You definitely need to try this out when visiting! The pork satay was served on a mini grill 🔥, which added smokiness to the taste of the meat and don’t forget to dip them into the peanut sauce for an extra layer of sweetness and nuttiness 🥜.

2️⃣ Claypot Irish Duck Confit 🦆

A generous amount of duck confit was served in the claypot. Meat was tender and savoury and comes with air dried pork which was sweet and chewy. There were also yam sticks which I felt had a pretty interesting flavour that added depth to the dish 😋.

3️⃣ Dried Beef Kut Teh 🥩

The nicely sliced beef sirloin was glazed with a caramelised brown sauce and was so juicy! Comes with a bowl of rice and okra🍚.

4️⃣ Guanaja Jackfruit 🍫

This dessert was so pretty pls 😩 The guanaja was creamy and rich in texture and had a crunchy layer at the bottom. There were also crispy cookies and jackfruit compote. Definitely recommend getting this for dessert 🙌🏻

5️⃣ 32% White Chocolate Mousse 🤍

Indulge in this white chocolate mousse with a velvety texture that was not too sweet as well! There were also lime meringues which had a light texture with a tangy taste 🍋

Overall, this semi buffet is definitely a bank for the buck for their weekday dinner price 👍🏻. Do note that Fridays are counted under the weekend dinner price instead which is $48+ per pax. They also serve other mains and desserts on their menu so do check them out if you are looking for an affordable buffet option in town 🤩
