Fun Activities that provide you from SCROLLING!!!

I don’t know if anyone else has this problem, but for the longest time I found myself scrolling through TikTok, Instagram Snapchat and no matter what I do I just couldn’t get off of social media. SOOO here are some things that keep me from endlessly scrolling!!

Why do we do this?? It’s because of the dopamine our brains get whenever it engages with something new and exciting for example a new video on TikTok every time you swipe, I tried deleting the apps, putting screen time, and although my screen time would go down, I would still find myself scrolling way more then I would have liked.
