Girl Mom 🫶

I absolutely love being a mom and I love this little girl more than anything or one else in the world. But I’m going to be real rq… this is the hardest job I have ever had. From sleep deprivation to PPD&PPA, I’ve never felt so out of touch with myself. I don’t want to complain or ever come off ungrateful because I do have support and an amazing partner. But it’s like they’re the last line holding my head above water but the waves are still coming in. I’ve always been the person with the best advice and nurturing everyone else but taking my own advice? Doing the things I tell other people to do when they need grounding or self care or discipline? Yeah I don’t know where all that information and golden advice goes in the moment. It helps that taking care of my sweet baby is the best part of the day and seeing her become a whole little person before my eyes is incredible. This app gives me hope of a safe space to vent and maybe some advice.
