tops i crocheted in April 🫶🏻🌸

🤍 i picked up crocheting during the first lockdown! i was super bored and jus wanted something to do that will take my mind off stuff so i tried crocheting

☁️ but its only recently that i started making clothes that i could actually wear! and in april, i made 3 pieces!

🤍 the tube top for was made within 8 hours which was p nice! i made the bust area a little scrunch bc i wanted it to have a shape- not just a straight tube top! for this top, i used a yarn that is a mix of bamboo and linen! super good for sg weather

☁️ the pink top was made in 12 hours ish?? its a racer back ish top and the bottom of the bust area is my favourite! idk what to call that bottom part but it was my fav to do! i used merino silk yarn that i bought at the boutique fair! i have a guide on how to make this top here

☁️ the cropped jumper was made in like 15 hours ish! i wanted something that was warm and comfy but nice enough to wear in sg’s weather! so i made it such that it has the holes and it can be tilted to be an off shoulder jumper!

🤍 i really like crocheting my own clothes bc its really customised to fit me. esp if i see something in a shop and i happen to like it, i try to make it myself! bc im working now, i turned this into my hobby which helps me rest my mind from thinking about work
