$64 vivre vs $104 lululemon shorts! i’ll spill ❤️‍🔥

💥 causal shorts are an essential part of my dressing! when i think comfortable, i think soft shorts!

✨ this year, i find myself wearing more of these type of shorts! and i’ve narrowed down to my fav design! i prefer something high waisted, soft and ending mid upper thigh!

💥 i first found lululemon’s inner glow high rise shorts as a gift from my bff who loves lululemon as well! we both instantly fell in love w it #WithMyBesties ! its super comfortable and looks great with a sports top. however, it retails for $104. which is pretty steep for a pair of cotton shorts!

✨ recently, i found out that viveractive carries the same design as well! retailing for $64, almost half the price of lululemon! so i decided to try it! its also a local brand as well, located at wisma and vivo

💥 which do i prefer?

honestly, i have a natural bias towards lululemon bc i really love their products. but for these pair of shorts, i have to say i prefer viveractive. not only because of the price, i think the material is better fit for sg’s weather. its super light and airy which is really good for the hot weather we have here.

✨ what i like about lululemon’s shorts

1. its of good quality/material

there was a period of time where i was wearing these shorts almost 3-4 times a week. even after many washes, it still retains its material quality and shape.

💥 what i like about viveractive’s shorts

1. price

compared to lululemon’s $104, $64 is really cheap for the same design.

2. very airy material

the make of these shorts are extremely lightweight and airy. great for heavy workouts!

✨ overall, if u want brand, go for lululemon. but if u arent too bothered by branding and more concerned about price, viveractive is definitely the better choice. but personally, i’ll go for viveractive in the future!
