Nice is one of the bigger towns in the South of France. It‘s known for its beach promenade Prom. des Anglais or is easily accessible due to its international airport. However, this makes Nice also a busy tourist destination.

Located close to Nice is the charming small town Villefranche-sur-Mer. It’s just a 10-minite ride by train. Here you will find a sandy beach and a cute old town with countless pastel-colored alleyways. It was one of my absolute favorite spots on the French Riviera and a place that you wouldn‘t want to miss!
