How do I tell my religious parents!!

ADVICE NEEDED!!

I’m about to be 23, I have religious foreign parents.

Me and my boyfriend haven’t been together for very long but we plan on getting married. Well we found out I’m pregnant when I was about 4 weeks along and now I’ll be 11 weeks on Tuesday.

I need to tell my parents and I’ve already started to move my things out of their house but idk how to tell them.

I want to tell my mom first in hopes she will help me break it to my dad.

I understand I’m an adult but knowing that they will be upset and possibly disown me has me heart broken.

I’ve been so close to my mom all my life, she wanted me to be married first. I don’t know how to tell her I’m pregnant. Do I do it out in public over lunch? At home? I don’t know if I can look her in the eyes and see her disappointment. Should I call her and do it over the phone?

Ik my father will take it terribly it might be better to tell him over the phone since we aren’t close. But I feel like I owe it to my mom to tell her in person.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I love my parents and I want them to be apart of my babies life. I just don’t know how to break the news to them.
