It’s been..interesting!

I have my bachelors in social work from Seton Hall University 💙🤍

I’ve been working in the field for 4 years now, and I have loved all my time with every client I’ve had. Managers and coworkers? - not so much.

I’ve worked in Homeless outreach, Social Services Director, Substance Use Counseling, and now Admissions Counselor at an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital. #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthawareness

I’ve learned some important lessons when looking for a place to work and things I NEED out of my workplace. It’s a learning experience and process for sure. I’m still unsure about getting my MSW, there’s some problems within the field I debate working with for the rest of my life. Any social workers out there have anything to share ?
