Personally, I reached out to friends working in the company I was interested in to learn more about their interview and selection process, company culture, and if they knew the hiring manager of the role I wanted to apply for.

I won't sugarcoat it; the process isn't easy, which is why not many people make such drastic moves. However, staying in a place where you're not motivated or won't progress will only lead to regrets in the future. 🫶
