Meatloaf Monday

great recipe for a quick easy meal

~cut up potatoes

~season, add oil, bake at 425 for 25 minutes

~cut up veggies and fry until browned

~ take a wet soaked piece of bread, mix with meat, season

~ ball up meat and bake for 15-20 minutes at 425

~mix mustard, ketchup, brown sugar and add on meatloaf halfway thru cooking

~ top meatloaf with veggies and your all done!
