My day as a Fitness Content Creator!!
Since I am self-employed, my days don't always look the same, but I try my best to keep a routine and it looks a little something like this :)
7:00AM MATCHA AND BREAKFAST
Matcha recipe:
- matcha
- butterfly pea powder
- oat milk
- vanilla creamer
- cinnamon
Breakfast recipe: *breakfast not shown*
- 2 slices of toast
- peanut butter
- 1 banana
- cinnamon
- honey
9:00AM GO TO GYM
Leg Day Workout:
- squats 4 x 8
- rdls 4 x 8
- hip thrusts 4 x 8
- reverse lunges 3 x 10
- step ups3 x 10
- wall sits 3 x 30 seconds
11:00AM POST WORKOUT SMOOTHIES (this was a smoothie place in Long Beach, CA that just recently closed)
Blue smoothie recipe:
- blueberry
- acai
- protein
- oat milk
- honey
Pink smoothie recipe:
- strawberry
- mango
- coconut milk
- protein
- honey
11:00AM - 6:00PM WORK
- finish up deadlines
- meetings
- go through emails
6:00PM BEACH for some sun :)
going for a walk or run along the beach after a work day is one of the little things I look forward to in life :)
