MY 5-9 AFTER MY 9-5✨

Happy Monday!! Switched it up today!! Here’s my PM routine AFTER my 9-5🤍

I always leave work at 5p — I then make my way to the gym. Today I did back+bis with an incline walk🚶‍♀️.

Then I go home, eat some dinner.🤤 Tonight was chicken, sautéed garlic carrots, and a dinner roll. SO yum. The spread on top is (Dijon mustard mixed with light mayo)🥰

Then I get myself ready for bed and end the night with a movie. 💖
