LUNCH IDEA FOR YOUR 9-5

Happy Monday!! 🤍 I have Bacon Cheeseburger Quesadillas for lunch this week🤤🍔.

INSTRUCTIONS

- Cook your ground beef (entirely) in a pan.

- Bake the bacon of your choice (I chose 3 pieces)

- Chop your cooked bacon.

- Combine cooked beef, bacon, ketchup, and cheddar cheese in a bowl.

- Heat your tortilla and add the filling — cook until warmed!

(This made me roughly 4 quesadillas!) — I added a 1/2C of jasmine rice for my side. 🥰

This was easy to make, is super filling, and is great re-heated.
