starting your glow up plan NOW is better than starting January 1st!!
You can start healthy habits at anytime! Not putting a “I will start when” on it eliminates excuses & builds discipline.
here’s what I’m doing to glow up now:
✨ start every morning with a 5 minute worry dump & a 5 minute gratitude list! This helps ground myself and let go of things causing me anxiety.
✨cutting back on caffeine! The hardest realization was that caffeine on a daily basis does not serve me 😭 I only have it occasionally now and I feel so much better!! I struggle with anxiety a lot and caffeine just fuels anxiety’s fire most days.
✨weekly grocery shopping & meal prep! Eating more food at home helps you cut back on processed & fast food! This is so good for inflammation and gut health.
✨ weekly workout plan! Committing to daily movement will improve your overall health, energy, and skin! Making a plan at the beginning of the week helps me because I then plan around it and don’t blow working out off.
✨ start a new hobby! I started pottery this year and it’s been so fun doing something creative & not involving work or screens! I’m learning a new skill, making fun stuff for my home, and decompressing from stress! A win win win 🥹
