Diet is a huge part of PCOS recovery 🥹 PCOS is a metabolic issue so eating the right foods & healing your metabolism is key!
I ALWAYS eat breakfast! I focus on low carb, high protein, & healthy fat for blood sugar balance. Insulin resistance is a big factor in PCOS so I don’t want to spike my blood sugar first thing in the morning.
if I’m hungry before lunch I’ll make a smoothie with berries, fiber, coconut yogurt, & protein powder to hold me over🫐
For lunch, I love healthy bowls with a high fiber carb, greens, protein and healthy fat! I’ll have an apple cider vinegar shot 15 minutes before I eat my lunch for blood sugar balance.
For dinner I focus on the same things (high fiber carb, greens, protein and healthy fat) but I’ll try to incorporate more veggies 🥬
