but you should also be flexible in these routines & not expect perfection from yourself 🫶🏻
here’s my go-to grocery list + ideas for healthy snacks & easy eats!!
protein: healthy jerky (no preservatives), clean protein bars & powders, greek yogurt, nuts, edamame, hard boiled eggs, roasted chickpeas, cheese sticks
health fats: guacamole, nuts, pumpkin seeds, almond butter, hummus
greens/veggies: baby carrots, pre-chopped broccoli/cauliflower & cucumber, premade salads, cherry tomatoes, mini peppers
fruit: berries, apples, watermelon, cantaloupe, bananas, clementine, grapes
other: oatmeal cups, overnight oats, chia pudding, clean protein shakes, spring water, bagels, sourdough bread, healthy crackers (no canola oil), corn chips (no canola oil)
