Supplements for hormone balance ✨

I struggle with hormonal cystic acne on my jaw line & painful periods. I’ve gotten blood work done & my testosterone is on the higher side & my progesterone was a little low.

I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS but I’m kinda treating my symptoms like I do! So I’m trying to reduce the effects of higher testosterone + estrogen.
