Coming from a stress-bloated girlie 🥲

Lately I swear the most minor inconvenience will make me bloated 😂 I feel every stress or anxiety in my stomach! I’m working on bringing my stress down & the root cause to my bloating.

BUT these supplements have been helping me so much!! I hate the uncomfortable bloated feeling and these supplements really bring that pain down.

Other things that help bloating are walking after meals, stretching, legs up on the wall, not chewing gum, and really chewing your food!!
