Do:
• Take a daily probiotic with strains for your symptoms
• Eat a variety of foods
• avoid artificial sweetener sucralose
• Get enough sleep (7-8 hours)
• Get enough fiber (30g daily)
• Reduce refined sugar and ultra processed food intake
• Listen to your body
• lower stress levels
• move your body daily!
Don't:
• Restrictive eating
• have coffee or caffeine on an empty stomach (eat & hydrate first)
• ignore your body and needs (everyone is different)
• fad diet
• only focus on cutting things out (make sure to add stuff in)
