Ingredients:

- 2 Tbsp unsalted Butter

- 1 Cup Milk

- 2 Tbs Sugar

- 1/2 Tbs Salt

- 1 Egg

- 21g Active Yeast

- 2 1/2 Cups Flour

- Heavy Cream

- Powder Suger

- vanilla extract

- Oil (I used canola oil)

1: in a small pot on really low heat (it’s just to warm up the ingredients) add butter ones the butter is melted add the milk stir then add the sugar and salt stir and then add the egg whisk well and turn of the heat then add your yeast stir well then let it sit for 5min

2: while your yeast sits in a mixing bowl add the flour ones the yeast is ready add it to the flour mix and knead the dough ones everything is combine cover the bowl I let it sit on room temperature for 2 hours to rise it should double in size

3: ones your dough has doubled in size punch it so the air can come out then make small balls make sure there smooth then let them sit covered till they double again this time I just waited 45 min in a pot add your oil the make sure is really hot before putting the donuts

4: ones the donuts are done add in a mixing bowl heavy cream, powder sugar and vanilla then mix with a mixture till it becomes thick then cut your dough but not all the way the put your cream and smooth it then add your strawberries (or anything you want to put on it) then dust powder sugar on top and enjoy 😉
