Birthday Dinner at Nobu!

A birthday Dinner at Nobu 🍽✈️​📍

Location:​ Palo Alto

Context & thoughts:​the cocktails and desserts were stunning but many of the mains and appetizers fell flat. The presentation was gorgeous and the wait staff was attentive but many of the dishes were not of the caliber I expected from a Michelin star eatery. Would definitely not reorder the trout as it was greasy and dry at the same time :(
