Pumping journey

With this being my 4th and final baby I really want to try to build a “stash” for baby girl!

I use to only get 3oz in a session! And I was using the vacuum mode or at the highest level, don’t ask me why. I was getting the minimum and my nipples were in so much pain after!

Now I’m using the let down mode at a 6 suction (goes to level 10) and in collecting double and it’s painless 🥹🥲🎉 my stash has grown so much in the last 2 days and I’m so excited.

I pump on the fullest side and use the #haakaa on the other side at the same time.
