FIRST TIME TRYING PILATES! | review

HI EVERYONE!!! I’ve been so busy with school and work lately but I’m back with pilates🫶

I’ve always wanted to try but so intimidated by the reformer machine! I used class pass to book a beginner lesson at Absolute You (Orchard branch)

Upon checking in at the counter, the staffs were really nice and guide you through smoothly! You’re given a face towel for the work out and bath towel can be found in the toilet (WITHOUT CHARGE!!)

You basically can leave your toiletries at home because they’re all provided here! (except skincare)

☑️lockers with passcode (I LOVE THIS COS ITS SO BIG!!! I CAN fit all my stuffs as i came from work 🥹)

read on the website that there’s curler & straightener but i didn’t see any… though no biggie!

shower curtains are abit translucent but not a big deal as well!!

The class was good as well! Since i was in a beginner class, the instructor did give a introduction on the reformer machines and guide us throughout. i think instructors who ask if students have any injuries to take note of gives a nice touch and safety!

WILL COME BACK AGAIN (but for now i have body ache already!!)
