THE PERFECT WOMEN’S MULTIVITAMIN | honest review 👀

Taking supplement is such a chore but i’ve been wanting to take an all in one vitamin that helps with hair and nail growth as well.

While i was at watson, i saw this multi vitamin from

olly! It is a chewable supplement similarly to gummy bears and seem easy to commit.

This big tub can last you a month and it contains:

- Vitamin D (for bones🦴)

- Vitamin E (vision, reproduction, and the health of your blood, brain and skin)

- Vitamin B6 (promote brain health🧠)

- Vitamin B12 (keep blood and nerve cells healthy)

- Folic acid (body produce and maintain new cells)

- Biotin (hair and nails💆🏻‍♀️💅🏻)

My review:

When first open up the bottle, it has a strong unpleasant berry smell but when taking the gummies it’s not that bad. It’s like eating candy!

it does contain sugar and have the calories of 15.

Does it work?

I do feel my hair is fluffier? Not sure is it because i use dyson LOL!! My nails grow really fast though…

I’m unsure if it reallly makes a difference but it’s a good try if watson have their sale! I might repurchase as it is an easy commitment for supplements💆🏻‍♀️
