As a university student staying in hall, there’s just so much to pay for — from school fees and monthly hostel rent to daily expenses and the social side of uni life…💸 So today I will be sharing with you my BEST side hustle that allows me to balance school while making a decent amount from part-time :)

Introducing one of students’ top rated jobs….. Tutoring!!📚 While this side hustle is commonly mentioned on social media, but I have so so many friends who still don’t realise just how much tutoring can fetch you. So let me do the math for you🫡

For context, i’m currently teaching lower primary students at a rate of $25-$35/h. By working 13.5h per week, i’m able to earn a monthly income of 1.5k! (slide 2). You can earn so much more if you are willing to teach beyond primary level (i.e if you teach sec sch subjects and earn ~$50/h, clocking 13.5h/week will fetch you ~$2700/month🫡)
