🍜 Korean Potato Starch Cold Noodle Soup (naengmyeon)

This is a staple I order during my EVERY VISIT! 💯 Especially suited for the hot and humid Singapore weather, the 🧊 ICY COLD vinegary soup base is instantly refreshing, and the starch noodle is chewy and al dente! The complimentary hearty beef broth that comes with every order is not just a watered down soup, but is really flavourful~ A heartwarming & MUST- ORDER!

A mixture of their original Mandu, and Kimchi Mandu. Both has pork filling, and just look at how plump they are! 🤩 Another staple at Noodle Star K for me.

🍗 Deep Fried Chicken with Spicy & Sweet Sauce

For those looking for a less starchy & a more spicy kick over the usual Sweet & Sour Pork — TRY this!!! The tender chicken was covered in fragrant caramelised crispy skin. 🔥 It’s my first time trying this, and it will be another go to the next time I visit. 🫡

🍜 Korean Chewy Noodle with Spicy Sauce This is like the noodle version of Bibimbap! 😆 The sauce comes separately from the noodle, so you can customise the taste to your liking. I didn't add too much sauce, and I could taste the original flavours from the noodles. It came as a little surprise that this noodle was cold too! Another refreshing option.

🥓 Soy thin sliced pork belly

A basic Korean hotplate pork belly, that wouldn’t really go wrong! The pork belly was slightly charred and has a little bit of wok hei.

🍲 Soy Bean Cold Noodle Soup

This was a new experience for us me as I usually only order the original Cold Noodle. But I have always seen people in K-Dramas eating this and I couldn’t resist but to try. 🤣 Think chewy noodle in cold soy bean milk. This was quite nice for me, yet kind of a miss for my partner. It’s little experimental, since the soy bean soup was quite bland and lighter in flavour. Although they gave a bottle of salt on the side, it’s still suited for people who have a lighter palette.

Didn't order during this visit, but their Black Bean Sauce Noodle (jajjangmyeon) is really good too! Saw they have a Red Bean Paste Noodle Soup on their menu too, looks quite interesting! Will try it on my new visit.
