Must-Try Fried Pizza Dough in Hidden SG Pizzeria

This hidden pizzeria in Boat Quay really lives to all the hype and popularity it has garnered since their opening. It was my first time here, and I’m still in awe of how good the pizzas are here. They serve up Neapolitan Style Pizza, specialising in more than 60 hours of fermentation in their wood-fired oven. Besides their usual menu, they do have a special daily menu as well.

They are very well-known for their Fried Pizza Dough! So we opted for the Crispy Fried Margherita ($28.50) which was served in their Fried Dough. Hear me out when I say this is a must get. Fried crust really hits differently from the usual thick/thin pizza crust, a 10/10.

You must-order their Crack Oil (FREE) as well!!! Its free, but you have to order it for them to serve it to you. It’s essentially their house-made chilli oil, but they ain’t kidding when they said it goes well with everything. I remember myself adding that chilli oil into every bite of my pizza.

DEFINITELY MUST MAKE A RESERVATION. No matter whether you visiting on a weekend, or weekday, PLEASE make a reservation to avoid any disappointment. I went once on a weekday evening and they turned me away because it was full.

Very nice, and warm ambience, nothing too fancy, but a dim and romantic environment — perfect for your dates, and even gathering or catch-ups with your friends.
